Public Invited To Promenaders' Reunion

The public is invited to the Promenader Reunion Saturday at Twin Oaks Country Club.
The Promenaders, once a square dance club at Southwest Missouri State University, were featured on the Ozark Jubilee television show in Springfield in the 1950s. Former Promenaders are gathering in Springfield for the reunion.
The event Saturday will include square dancing, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Dress is casual.
Music will be provided by Rick Stokes, Gary Ellison, Jim Cantrell and Charlie Clark. Bill Bassore will be the caller.
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $15 per person. Twin Oaks Country Club is located at 1020 E. Republic Road in Springfield.
