Bush Out: Cheney In As President Saturday.
President George W. Bush will hand over his authority of President of the United States to Vice-President Dick Cheney on Saturday, July 21, 2007.
Bush will be undergoing a colonoscopy.
Our one faint hope is that Cheney does not start a war with Iran while he is president.

I'm not too nervous about it - I figure the only difference between those few hours & the rest of the time is that Cheney will have to do without the dummy on his lap.
