Long votes to "Shut 'er down"

Billy Long voted against the temporary spending bill last night, in effect, telling the US Gov't to "Shut 'er down".

Vote on a 5 or 6 day CR tonight to keep Gov't open until I's are dotted & T's crossed on agreed to Bill next week. Passage seems assumed????

Long voted against it.

I don't think Long takes his job seriously.

Oh, it was interesting to watch, Billy Was for shutting the government down, before he was for shutting the down, before he decided to shut it down.

Jimmy Kimmel said the government should "shut up" not shut down.

I'm for that, I'm sick of watching the GOP grandstand and do back flips to impress the TParty.
