Anybody Know How To Set An Atomic Clock?

We have a howard-miller atomic clock and I can't get it off of pacific time.
Anybody know how to do it? model 625-236.

That thing is evil. I've looked and can't find a manual and I've seen reviews on it that weren't good and for the exact same reasons as you. Best of luck, will keep looking.

It was running ok, but about 10 minutes behind when my wife said change the battery. So I did and now it runs correctly and I can manually adjust it to the correct time but it keeps going back to pacific time.
When it works, it's a great clock!

Is there a "zone" button on the back? Is there a "mode" button? The mode button may shift through things like 12 or 24 hour settings and time zone settings. I've got atomic clocks with each of the above buttons, although none of them are Howard Miller brand.

You might also contact the company directly at http://www.howardmiller.com/FAQs/Default.aspx where you may post a question to their customer support people. Horrible web site for finding info or help.

Thanks, Doc Larry, I got it set but still can't get if off of Pacific Time.
At least the clock has big numbers so these 58 year old eyes can see them!

If you play Blondie's "Atomic" while you are setting it it will change to Central Time. I had the same clock and this worked only after playing Blondie. Happy New Year to all Bus Plunge readers!

We had the same problem, but with the instructions from this link we were able to changed the clock from Pacific to Eastern time. Use the day light savings instructions. Good Luck.

Press MODE then pressing SET one or more times will change the timezone. Press MODE again to save the changes.

Awful UI design. There's no way to know that's the solution without a manual, or an exhaustive session of "press all the buttons".

THANK YOU "Anonymous"! I have been searching forever for some kind of instruction manual... finally got it off pacific time! Though it will most likely change itself back in a day or two...
Of all the atomic clocks we have (work at a school) this is by far the worst!

Hi! I am doing a project on atomic clocks to get put into our school! I would love to talk to you about what your school does with the atomic clocks!
