Back in Kirkwood we'd get a occassional balloon flying over the house preparing to land on a field at nearby Kirkwood High. Here in FL it's not unusual on early Sunday mornings to have a few balloons float over, close enough you can converse with the passengers at times. Again, close to open fields. Maybe this balloon was aiming for Portland School.
I think it landed in the field by Bennett and Kansas Expressway. It was so close that we could hear the propane burners. Trey and Austin were hollering hello to the passengers.
