The guy has at least two judgments against him, one is a landlord dispute the other is a breach of contract with Meyer Communications, he owes them over $18,000.
Then I would remove his tires from his vehicle; place them in the front yard with a for sale sign and donate the $50.00 received to the Boys and Girls Club.
What a total pig! This is the exact reason I don't have any rental property anymore. We tried this in the 80's and time and time again ended up replacing appliances, screen doors, windows, carpets, heck it wasn't worth having to deal with the low lifes that rent property.
Most of these people are nasty.
Forget it, sell the place and take your losses Jim. Then sit on the porch and drink ice tea buddy.
I looked him up on Casenet...both of his garnishment cases the Plaintiff listed is Don Hunsaker. On both the landlord case on the breach of contract. Do not see anything with Meyer COmm acting as plaintiff...where is that?
Mathematically proven the Best Blogin Springfield and worrisome to Billy?

I've got opinions about dang near everything. Not only that, I'm retired so I've got the time to tell you them. I keep my mouth shut and my ears open and read a lot. Sometimes I add 2 + 2 and get 5, sometimes I add 2 + 2 and get 4. I strive to abide by the "Fina Philosophy" that "Old Lonesome George" espoused: Work hard, sell a good product, don't try to kid anybody.

Can you go to small claims court and get enough from this guy to pay for the cleanup?

I would be third or fourth in line.

Try to get a summary judgement against Mr. Pig and garnish his pay every week for the rest of his working career.
Mr Pig already has two summary judgements against him and his wages are already being garnished.
One judgment is in excess of $18,000 for breach of contract, the other is for $3,000.
Mr. Pig is a pig. He told me the garage floor is clean enough to eat off of, it is. If you are a pig.
Normal people have to mouth breathe when we go into the garage.
I've been leaving the door open all day today, this evening a neighbor said the stench was unbearable.
I got it
Collect all the dog shit and dump it inside or on the hood of his car.
Just giving back his that is his.

Where does Mr. Pig live and work? Is a photo available so that I will be able to avoid renting to him?

BTW did he leave all his stuff there? What happened to him? I know I only occasionally hear him do a sports trivia show on Jock now...
