Her blog is called GOP Grandma and her name is Margaret Spencer Walton. She grew up in Lebanon, she and her husband Wendall live in the Springfield area. An educator by profession, Margaret enjoys Republican politics, political and health discussions and just enjoys having a good time.

My husband and I have long been involved in Republican politics. I number as my friends Senator Kit Bond, Congressman Roy Blunt, State Representative Cynthia Davis and State Senator Jane Cunningham, as well as former State Representative Jeanne Dixon. Unfortunately, my Irritable Bowel Syndrome doesn't allow me to attend as many GOP events as I used to. I am pretty much
housebound and bathroom bound. I was lucky last year to be able to meet Gov. Sarah Palin when she was in Springfield. I BELIEVE SHE SHOULD BE OUR NEXT PRESIDENT.
