Just when you think Billy's tweets can't get any stupider, they do.
Someone tell the rocket scientist that when he tells a reporter something...ah....they REPORT it. Obviously he hasn't figured this out by himself. Maybe his staff should take his phone away from him.

'Whoever taught this clown to tweet' is a noun clause that is the object of the preposition 'to', actually functioning as an indirect object in this sentence. Within the clause, the subject is "whoever." By virtue of the fact that it is the subject, it has to be in the nominative case - whoever, rather than whomever is the proper choice.........I think.
I just kind of pulled 'hadorta' out of my upbringing.
